A group of retired judges petitioned the Wisconsin Supreme Court for a public hearing on judicial recusal rules in Wisconsin. The petition was denied.

Common Cause commissioned a response to that denial, a public awareness video exploring the judicial recusal in Wisconsin, the information provided by retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justices: Janine Geske and Louise Butler.
